Standing

Standing in the shadows of giants,
with what I need, just out of my reach.
I'm a man, trapped on an island,
longing to leave but scared of the sea

Path to Find

I'm not finding hope on life's winding road.
Trying to cope, in spite of life's lows.
I make my own tracks, in my path to find.
Happiness in both my heart and mind.

My Busy Bee

My Busy Bee,  nowadays too busy for me.
She used to travel the seas to be with me.

Tried to be sweet, hoping she would stay for my honey.

But my Busy Bee, flapping her tiny wings away from me

Your possessions shouldn't make you...you

I've never been rich but I've never felt poor too

So why would you look down on me,

when I never looked up to you.

Today

Today is the end of yesterday.

Today is the start of a new tomorrow.

We must learn from the mistakes, of what we did today.

So tomorrow, we can cut down on the ones, we are yet to make.
